Pull Apart Hunges in Cockpit

I am looking for a source of the pull apart hinges measuring 2 1/4" X 3" on the lockers in the cockpit area where the PDQ 32 outboard motors reside. As Bravo 2 is a LRC, this is where the batteries are kept.

It works great - I can pass almost everyone in very light air. If you want more details let me know - R/Wood Pictures of your rig would be apprecia...

Windlass

I purchased a new motor through WestMarine and rebuilt the whole unit. This is a lot cheaper option than buying a new windlass.

Cockpit Hatches

I finally filled all the cracks with MarineTex. The job reqires some dexterity - it was like filling teeth. So far, the repairs seem to be holding.

This issue is coming to a conclusion. We have agreed with J Gary Ainsworth, Tonnage Measurer, to obtain the measurements that he requires. He will then do the sums and submit the figures to Transport Canada, whereupon we will receive our Registration papers confirming the renaming of "Windshad...

Tonnage Measurement

We recently purchased Windshadow, a 32ft LRC, from Ralph and Cindy Bennett. The boat is presently on the hard in Beaufort, NC. We would like to register the boat in Canada and require a tonnage measurement to do this. We intend to rename her Bravo 2. Rather than pay someone to go to Beaufort to meas...

GST and PST

We recently purchased Windshadow from Ralph and Cindy Bennett. The boat is on the hard in Beaufort, NC. If we bring the boat to Canada, we will be required to pay GST and PST. How does this work? Will we have to hand over a cheque to Customs as soon as we arrive or will we be required to post a bond...

Hatches in Cockpit

We have recenttly purchased Windshadow, a 32 ft LRC, from Ralph and Cindy Bennett. We notice that the hinges on the hatches that open from the staterooms to the cockpit are all broken. Has anyone else experienced a problem with these hinges? Is there a fix for this problem?
