Thanks Sam. That clears it up. Somewhere, someone made a typo on the hull # section of the documentation. I am currently getting this cleared up with such. The hin on the documentation is correct and the surveyor included a picture of it on the survey. I'm sending that to uscg.

new owner, Can someone enlighten me as to the difference between the hull identification number ( HIN) and the hull number? The documentation form has QPQ00014F191 for the hull identification number and QPQ00015F191 for the hull number. The surveyor says that this is not correct and should be addres...

Hi, newbie here. Does anyone know what the function of the post on the salon table is on the 1991 pdq 36? Can this model be converted in order to make the drop down salon bed? Thank you.

Thanks, I have the ventless one without the batteries but cannot seem to get it to turn on. I got the instructions for the battery operated one and asked for new instructions but I think the company service rep is on vacation. Any installation advice from anyone out there with a new excel is greatly...

hot and cold water lines

I am trying to install a new excel water heater in my 36 classic in the starboard aft locker. Does anyone know which of the water lines connect to the expansion tank (the hot or the cold line)? I removed the old wolter heater and didn't mark the hot and cold lines. Thanks, Warren
