Re: Manual Black Water Pump
Nick, I had that pump installed just before our Bahamas trip in the Spring 0f 2017. You are the first to use it so I doubt buildup is the problem. Since pump out worked it doesn't sound like blockage in the tank. My bet is on a valve stuck open in the pump.

I am the previous owner of Nick's boat. When we replaced the fridge, it went out the forward center window.

Re: Flybridge enclosure
Nick, you might have noticed that when I had the new bimini made, I had zippers installed for future enclosures. There are two zippers on the front and one on each side.

I would like to add that these are Racor 500s not the spin on filters. I don't quite understand just what is collapsing. The cartridge inside or the filter body itself. Definitely an interesting mystery.

Re: Propeller size for the 100 hp engines.
We hit rocks damaging starboard shaft and prop. Actually, it killed them both. New shaft and both props ( 3 blade) set to 15.5"pitch. Wide open throttle at 3800 and 17 MPH at 3200. Rebuilt turbos, injectors and valves adjusted. Runs very smooth and quiet. I have since sold Rising Tide but the n...

Bomar hatch replacement
My 16 1/2" square hatch was damaged. I was able to get an acrylic panel cut while I waited for $60 at AD&D Plastics in Cape Coral. Maybe I just lucked out on the quick service.

Re: Jacksonville FL recommendations
For the work on the hull, I can recommend both Lambs Yacht Center 904-3272285 and Huckins Yacht Corp.904-389-1125. They are right next door to each other and very competent. We recently had our bimini replaced and highly recommend Pats Canvas, 904-389-1001 located by Sadler Point Marina which is jus...

Re: Fort Myers area Boatyard
After a serious grounding, we were looking at options as where to take the boat. Glades said their lift was not wide enough so we went to Forest River. Very nice facility.

That all makes sense except that when I topped off both tanks at Green Turtle it only took 72 gallons.

James
No panel alarms
secondarys both changed
The length was my first suspicion. Stuart Yachts say that not the case.
No ropes.
Remember, all was well after I transferred fuel.
Thanks for your efforts.
