I have tried to create another link to the original photos. There are a number of them.

Re: Proper props for PDQ 34 with 100 HP Yanmars?
If I recall the conversation with my mechanic correctly, each 1 inch pitch change of prop was around 150-200 rpm difference up or down. In your case the 1 inch additional pitch could account for a good portion of the 300.

Re: Replacing foam in lower helm seat.
I took the seat out (4 bolts) and took it to upholstery person. Easy fix. While it was out added 3 inch blocks of cherry wood to lift seat up 3 inches.

Re: Proper props for PDQ 34 with 100 HP Yanmars?
Do you have 3 blade for 4 blade props.
If 4 blade the prop size is 17 x 14 for the 4JH4-HTE engines.
I have moved up to the 110 HP engines, prop size is now 17 x 17.

Repower with 4JH110 Engines
Due to issues with the rebuild (I could write a novel on this) of my existing 4JH3-HTE 100 HP engines, I ended up repowering with the new Yanmar Common Rail Engines - 4JH110 models (110 HP). We spent extra on labor to have the old engines removed and new ones installed without needing to cut any hol...

Re: US Marine ultimate tank gauge
I have installed the 703 Smart 3 Tank sensor from http://www.tankedge.com along with the PVC Rod Sensors one 18 inches long for the water tank, and one 32 inches long for the holding tank. I have the See Level products on my RV and they work well but they must be installed outside the tank. Did not ...

Re: Water intrusion into engine from exhaust
Water intrusion can happen. Mine occurred when boat was in fresh water (it sits lower in fresh water) with the stern facing open water. Storm built up waves and had water intrusion. Fix included making the exhaust loop higher and longer, but make sure you have a back pressure test done after the cha...

Re: Propshaft pitting
Yes I did. Had to replace the shafts and new seals. Gregg at Stuart Yachts indicated that it was caused by lack of oxygen in the water around the shafts if the boat sits in the water over long periods of time "without the shafts turning and water flow" which mine did. Turns out that stainl...

Re: Water supply
We use the water inlet that was installed and really enjoy the long showers. But the key component I added is a Melnor - Model 101 Water Flow timer. You set it for the number of gallons you want then it shuts off. We always set it for 100 gallons so if there is a leak we will not dump much more than...

Re: ACCUMULATOR?
I added an accumulator tank after trying many things to stop my Hot Water relief valve from dripping at times. Solved that problem but the variable Shurflo died within 6 mos and it was only 10 mos old. Went to standard pump and have had no problems

Re: st600R replacement?
On my 2004 it is in the Electrical cabinet (in front of the lower helm) on the Starboard wall. It is a 6 inch by 8 inch grey box with lots of wires coming in to it. Mine had to be repaired last year.
