I do not have the part number. I usually keep all receipts but can’t find that one.

Re: Shower Handle valve
Mac,
Ours is a Shurflo. On the back of it there is a tag with a number but I tried looking it up with no success. It said Made In China GB 20030513. The brass fixture on the back of the valve is a part of the valve.

Re: Bowmar hatch gasket?
Yes, Joints at the bottom and I did glue them together. I would recommend when you have it all in place make the final cut about 1/4 inch long so it fits tight. I don’t remember what glue I used but it was not a special glue.

Re: Bowmar hatch gasket?
They use the same Bomar gaskets as the as the deck hatches. The gasket seals between the aluminum flange mounted to the deck and the glass frame. They do not attach to the glass. The gasket has a slot in it and it goes over a lip on the window frame. It squeezes between the window frame and glass. T...

Re: Refrigerator Temp High
Brian, We were having similar issues at one time. Someone suggested taking the drip pan out of the refrigerator side. It made a big difference for us. Also, about a month since a defrost is about as long as we would go. Others have increased the size of the power supply from the fuse panel to the fr...

It comes in a brown one gallon container. It says Cleaner & Degreaser. Below that it says Formula 88. In my Home Depot it is located on an isle with all types of cleaners.

Re: Sticky white vinyl ceilings
I think we have a better solution. Cleaner/Degreaser from Home Depot. I started the job with alcohol as mentioned in previous posts. It does work but takes a lot of effort and several passes. I decided that it might be easier to take the ceiling panels out to clean them. That turned out to make for ...

The installer did the programming. It was his first EMU-1 installation and he had to purchase the programmer. He did not charge for it as he figured he would use it on other installations.

I am no electrical person but have they tried plugging shore power into the "B" input with the combiner off? If that trips the power then at least you know the problem in definitely in the B side and not the combiner or a combination of A and B together.

Re: Analog to Digital engine instrument conversion
Dennis, I added digital while leaving all analog gauges intact when we replaced all the electronics in 2018. It was a great move and the system has worked flawlessly. All the details can be found on my post from August 3, 2020 under the subject Upgrading from Raymarine ESeries to Raymarine Axiom. I ...

Re: EFCI's
We have experienced the problem and there is an easy fix. We have a Promariner Galvanic Isolater. As John mentioned it sends a signal into the marina electric connection to be sure it is good power. The new power systems sense that and consider it a fault tripping the breaker. After experiencing the...

Re: Portlight Replacement
When it comes to replacing the hatches, I used a place in Fort Lauderdale that will make replacements. You either need to take them there and they will cut them while you wait or mail the old one to them to use as a template. I had the do the forward hatches and they fit perfect and match the others...

I am going to probably just be stating the obvious. Whenever possible, have an assistant to hand you tools and parts that you find you need but didn't plan on needing.
