Re: Area Rugs
One tip ... the area at the table is exactly 20” wide. Check the actual size of rugs claiming to be 20”. Based on my experience if it’s over 20” it tends to bend up a bit and then the rug “walks” up the side. Not an issue if you don’t mind adjusting the rug fairly frequently.

Re: Area Rugs
Finding the right sizes to fit has been a challenge. The rug we use at entrance is 30” x 48”. It covers most but not all of the area from steps to steps. The floor by the table in the salon running from the port to starboard steps is 20” x 96”. We use a 20” x 60” rug in that space. (FYI that’s the s...

Re: Gas Oven Installation on our PDQ 34'
Thanks Tim for the photo...that's a big help and it looks great in that space. Just catching up on the thread as we've been out in the Gulf Islands (BC) the last 2 weeks and mostly out of touch with spotty cell service. We were happy with the 700W microwave we now have onboard and had a friend build...

Re: Gas Oven Installation on our PDQ 34'
Thanks Tim. Did you create and install a trim around the oven to cover the opening on the side? Any photos to share? Besides the gas connection we assume there's a need for power to the unit for the electronic ignition, correct? Any issues with that in your install? Appreciate the tip on the feet, t...

"New Style" Davit Load Warning Decal
Does anyone know for sure what the warning label stated on the "new style" Davit arms about the max weight per arm? The only documentation I can find from the pictures of decals that were supplied by PDQ in the documents we received from the original owner says 100lbs for each arm ...but n...

Gas Oven Installation on our PDQ 34'
We're considering adding a propane oven in the galley of our PDQ 34 where the original microwave was installed. The only model we've found so far that we believe will fit is the Eno Perigord Wall-Mount Propane Oven. Force 10 has a new model that appears to be a bit better made, but unfortunately it'...

Re: suggestions for improving winter ventilation
I have a question about the EVA-DRY-2200. I don't see anything on their website about it being able to add a drain hose. Did you have to modify it somehow? I realize the EVA-Dry is a non-compressor type...why is this important.
