Re: New Owner - Bulb Part #'s

Welcome aboard Matt!

Can't help with your bulb #'s, but just wanted to say hello.

Always glad to meet another PDQ owner in New England!

You're gonna love her!

Replacing Mashead Wiring

Hello All,
I'm just wondering if anyone has replaced any wiring to the masthead with the mast up, and if there were any difficulties encountered getting the new wiring through? I may need to replace my coax, and just had the mast down so would have to do it with the mast up.

Re: Dry Storage

What I'm asking is how many actually support the boat that way, it seems odd especially when I've never seen any other cats supported under the bridge deck. Additionally, there are only two PDQ's here on Narragansett Bay, so I'm relatively certain that the yard has never blocked one up before. I sup...

Re: Dry Storage

Update: I posted the same question to the PDQ owners group on Facebook, and received four replies. Three who follow the manufacturer's guidelines, one who does not. Two stated they were told (? by whom) that the weight of the boat should not be on the keels for long periods of time, that most of the...

Dry Storage

Hello All, Although this topic has been discussed before, after reading the thread it didn't seem like much of a consensus was achieved, so I was hoping to try again. I'm wondering how many owners follow the manufacturer's guidelines for blocking the boat when stored on the hard. As I've never seen ...

My only guess would be an attachment point for a permanently rigged mooring bridle?

Fridge Trouble

Hello All, I'm wondering if someone might be able to shed some light on a problem we have with our refrigerator. We have the Dometic, front opening model RM2310? I think. In preparation for spending the weekend on the boat, I went to the boat on Friday, and while there turned the fridge on. I confir...

Re: Electric start

Thanks Tom,

Yes this is Drew's old boat. We are actually heading to MD tomorrow to begin the trip up to RI, we kept her in MD over the winter to do a few things and to get to know her a bit before making the trip.

Thanks for the suggestions, I will let you know how it goes.

Electric start

Hi All, I just thought I would reach out for suggestions on next steps in diagnosing a problem with one of the electric starters on the 9.9. Here's what happened: Just prior to anchoring I put the boat into reverse for a split second, forgetting that I had elected to not lock the motors down, (will ...

I really like the look! I saw a picture you had posted of the cockpit on FB I think, and enjoyed seeing more detail.
