Bahamas Tel Cell Phone Service
We're heading to the Bahamas in a few days from FL. We've got an unlocked phone that we used a few years ago while in the Bahamas. How is their service now and what plans would people recommend. We'll be there for 4+ months. And does anyone use MrSimCard? If so, what do you think about it? Feel fre...

Watermaker
I installed a SeaWater Pro watermaker. It works really good. Makes 40 gallons/hour. They have a great web site online. They are in Ft. Lauderdale. If you need any more info about installation on the PDQ, email me nc-mtns@att.net

Starter Breaker
Where is the starter breaker on a PDQ 34 mounted? We have Yanmar 110 engines and are heading south in FL and now are at Marco Island. We stopped to get fuel. When starting engines to leave fuel dock, the starboard engine was dead. Wouldn't start at all... totally dead. Called Yanmar and tech suggest...

Re: Ceiling Fans
Thanks for that info. We just replaced all our fans 2 years ago and they still work good. But when we do need to replace them, we'll definitely buy the ones you mentioned. I just can't believe how pricy these little fans are.

Ceiling Fans
pro-D2y67XQK.jpeg We have several of these small fans... 2 in the salon and 1 in each cabin. They work really good, but very difficult to clean. I've tried putting a portable vacuum cleaner up to them. And I've even tried a Swiffer. I just can't get them clean. Does anyone have an effective way to ...

Re: Restriction in Blackwater Line from Head
How difficult was it for your friend to get the new hose in? That's something we're not looking forward to.
James Power hasn't commented yet. We thought maybe he was the former PDQ tech. Got any ideas how we can contact him?

Re: Restriction in Blackwater Line from Head
We spent about 4 months last summer in the Bahamas using the salt water feature. We're putting in some muriatic acid which helps 'some'. May have to take out the hose under the shower but we think it's going to be really difficult to do.

Restriction in Blackwater Line from Head
Having a problem with blackwater sewage from head constantly plugging up in the line from the head to the tank. There seems to be some restriction in the line. Has anyone else had this issue? Tried to pull line out from under the shower, but it won't come.
