What is the schedule for the next newsletter? Where are old newsletters posted? If you could use any pictures of our new boat, PDQ36 hull number 15, "Lady of the Lake" (formerly TechnoCat), I would be glad to provide them. Or you can browse my website and pick any you like. http://www.isla...

No, we picked her up on Thanksgiving and sailed her home. TechnoCat is now Lady of the Lake.

Air Conditioning Thru Hull

OK, finally ready to have her hauled and pop in the thru hull for the new A/C. Any recommendations of the best place to put the thru hull? I would like to do it in the starboard hull under the removable floor boards either in front of the nav station or even forward in the floor of the forward starb...

Thanks for the info. It does not look like my nav station can be removed. What hull number are you? I am hull #15. I wonder if this is a change later in the design. Where did you install the unit under the starboard settee? Directly under the bench is too narrow and impinges in the slope of the nav ...

Air Conditioner location

I see that there has been some discussion regarding the location of an air conditioner on the 36. Some say port side under the settee. If so, how do you run the ducts to the forward staterooms past the fridge? Some say starboard side under the settee. If so, how do you fit the unit with the sloping ...

I bought TechnoCat, the PDQ 36 that was damaged in the hurricane in Tortola. I am very happy with the repairs and have had no problems so far. You can contact me if you have any questions. Both bows were replaced with factory supplied bows.

I want the exhaust fan on the hatch in the head. Will I have a problem with leaking since that hatch is on an incline?

I have two I am preparing to install in a week or two. I will tell you how it goes. The only thing that scares me is cutting through my hatch lenses with a hole saw. They are already crazed and I am worried about shattering them. I'll try the exhaust over the head first in case I make a mess. Any th...

Need source for deck hinge - above motor

Any recommendations where I can find a replacement for the factory hinges on the deck hsatch that cover the outboard engines? I have looked everywhere with no luck. I have a picture if anyone needs to see it if there were different hinges over the years.

Need ideas for repair of warped floor hatch panels

Hello all, this is my first post to the forum since purchasing TechnoCat from Jim Fleming and Rick Gordon. It is great to be part of the PDQ family. We love the boat. However, there are a few things on the to-do list that I could use some help with. First order of business is to get the floor panels...
