Re: PDQ 36 & passage making?
We just purchased a PDQ 32 last year and have it in Mexico now. We plan to retire soon also and want to cruise Mexico for 6 months a year. Here is a website about a couple who had a PDQ 36 and did full timing cruising aboard 'Pacific' before moving to "Light Speed'. http://dksail.com/ This foru...

Re: Water Coming in the Shower Drain
We have the same issue on "DreamCatcher'. When we come down the Pacific side of Baja in March the seas were rough and we hade water coming up the shower drain and the galley and head sinks as well. Remembering the rubber stoppers in the sinks helped. We have a dri-deck mat on the floor so it is...

Floorboard Maintenance
Our boat is a 1996 and the floorboards need some maintenance. What is the best type of cleaner and sealer to use that will not make the floor slippery?

Re: New PDQ 32 Classic Owner
We are the new owners ( I believe the third owners also) of Hull #17. We kept the name 'DreamCatcher' from the previous owners and have already run into some prior friends of the owners. We love the boat and have just completed our first adventure. You can read about it and see some video at the fol...

Re: Bow Vent Cover
The cover is on the lower vents located on the vertical sides of the inner forward bows, above the waterline.

Bow Vent Cover
We own 'Dream Catcher' a 1996 PDQ 32. The inboard bow vent cover is missing and water is entering the forward locker in rough seas. Does anyone know where we can buy a repleacement cover? The vent is oval shaped and is about a foot above the waterline. There is an identical vent on the opposite hull...

Re: New Yamaha 9.9s installed
We now have new 9.9's with power tilt. They worked great on the first outing in San Diego Bay. We had the installers add a 1" shim to the mounting brackets to get the engines out of the water. The bracket is still in the water about a 1/2". I had the new tachometers ordered but the Yamaha ...

Do you store the tank inside the gasoline fuel locker when you are not BBQing?
