Sorry, I was unclear. I meant is the steering wheel hard to turn while balancing the rudders?

It does sound like a ram is stuck, but it could be the balancing valve itself. Is it hard to turn while balancing the rudders?

I replaced the neutral safety switch on the port engine that had the switch problem. It is definitely something to check on.

Before starting this project, I am wondering why no one has put the fan in the bulkhead into the genset locker forward. That locker is vented so that the genset can breath and it is much larger. I have not gotten into this yet so maybe that bulkhead is too hard too reach?

John and Dianne, Well, here we go again. We moved from one marina to another. When we plugged in, no problems. The voltage from the dock was 115 instead of 120 at the previous marina. That could be the safer approach. Breakers are not too expensive, so I will try that first. Thanks.
