Re: How narrow can a slip be and be OK?
New Buffalo, MI has slips that are 40 ft long and 17 ft wide from dock to center-post. Phenix being 16" can get in there and once she's in, there really isn't an issue because she is past the center post so won't be banging against it. But getting in and out is really not something I would want...

Re: Engine Cables
I am going to replace the engine shifting cables on the port engine on Phenix (32007). I did the starboard a few years ago. If anyone has done this, can they confirm the above post - Supreme 33 cable with 11 foot length?

Re: “Bunking a PDQ Altar supported only by supports under the Br
Related to this, I have always supported Phenix (32007) on the keels, then with 2 jackstands under each of the crossbeams. I think this year, I will use carpet-covered 2x8s to go between the jackstands and the crossbeams to distribute the compression from the jackstands. As the boat is now in the wa...

I've brainstormed a bit about that but was uncertain where I could (or wanted to) mount it to the ceiling. I have not taken the headliner off to see what is behind there, and what would be suitable to attach the mount to.

Re: Salon Window Covers and Flatscreen Mounting
Interesting pictures of the flatscreen mounting, thanks for sharing. I have the Insignia 19" HDTV that is just a fraction of an inch too high to sit on the shelf. I like the TV because it is one of the only good ones with 12v input, so a $8 cigarette lighter cord from Radio Shack can power the ...

Spinnaker measurements for 32 with shorter mast
I have Phenix, hull 32007, it has the shorter mast. I'm wondering if anyone has the proper measurements for an asymetrical (cruising) chute? I'm thinking of acquiring one for fun.
And any suggestions on going about acquiring a use chute?

Yamaha Outboard Engine Service Manuals - now online
After losing the service manual for my engine, then getting some help from people on this board (THANKS!), I did some "digging around" and found .PDF versions of Yamaha outboards from 1995-2006. For now, I have uploaded them all into a Google Documents account, so if you want to download a...

Re: T9.9 Electrical Wiring Diagram needed
I have an electrical failure of some problem (no spark), and my mechanic is also looking for info on the specific values for
each component in order to test. He thinks this is in the service manual, so if anyone has that info too, I'd appreciate it.

T9.9 Electrical Wiring Diagram needed
I have the 1995 T9.9 4-stroke and I have misplace my service manual. In it, I know there is an electrical wiring diagram. It is not in the owners manual, only the service manual. Does anyone know where this diagram is available online, or alternatively, would someone be willing to scan the page or t...

Re: In South Florida for a couple of days
Had a great sail Chris, Cat Tails is great and that 13 knot beam wind all afternoon certainly helped. Here are some pics we took.
