Prop Question
Looking for opinions on the pros and cons of the various feathering / folding prop alternatives available. I currently have MAX PROPS on my LRC and have not be overly impressed with their performance and maintenance requirements. Thanks!

Lost reef line in boom!
Has anyone else had the doubious distinction of losing a reefing line into the boom? I realized a little late that I had neglected to tie off the aft end of the first reef.
Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated!

Furlex Pendant
Is anyone using a wire pendant attached to the head of the Jib as a means of minimizing the opportunity for the jib halyard to wrap as recommended by Furlex? If so, what size wire, type of termination ... are you using? Thanks!

Furlex problem
I'm having a heck of a time with the furlex. It is way too difficult to furl even with no load! At times I've had to resort to using the winch (I know - bad idea). I can find no inteference, no wrapping of the halyard yet while furling it will consistently move easily for most of a rotation then han...

Flag Mounting Question
Where is your US flag mounted? What do you use for a holder? Arabella's previous owner removed the flag holder at the time of delivery! I'd like to mount mine on the railing holding the bench seat but I'm having a heck of a time finding anything that will work! Any thoughts/pictures would be appreci...

MAX Props
Anyone familiar with the performance and maintenance associated with these props? I have them on my Yanmar SD20 sail drive and I'm having a tough time finding replacement zincs that will not bind the prop! The OEM part from MAX Prop only fits if I put it in backwards which does not make any sense to...

Mooring Pennants
Looking for thoughts regarding the proper length (14', 16', 18') for mooring pennants in order to keep mooring ball from slapping up against the hulls. Thanks!
