I have a large selection of new parts, including a prop, for motors of the 2003 vintage.

Last year I installed GPXR 9.9's and found that I had less speed then before even after shimming up the motors. Checking this year I see that the prop pitch is 7" vs 91/4 for the older motors. Has anyone changed props to the higher pitch and if so, where did you buy them?

Does anyone have a source? My search has been fruitless.

The older PDQ's, mine is 1993, have chain plates which are in the water when loaded for cruising. These eventually leak and water wil accumulate in the holds.

Mine is a sideways bend. Hope i don't have to buy a heavier car.
Hauling tomorrow.

Having found Next Exit bouncing off the rocks on the shore, I was sleeping peacefully on board till then, I now have a bent rudder and once back in Fl will need to have straightened so any advice would be most appreciated.

Yamaha dealers have a formula for determining trade-in price. I received $1050 for a 2002 and 2003. Of course I also overpaid for my new motors

The hose is about 4' long on the Classic. To get at it take the aft head cupboard apart. I would then suggest you take it out and beat the crap out of it, pun intended, then reinstall if using a plumbers snake does not work. Speaking from experience.

Brian, could you post a picture of the bracket fixing the alignment?

Do you have the Defender part #?

I need to replace my outhaul which is a wire to rope splice and need to source a supplier.
Also need specs as I am away from Next Exit.
