Thanks Terry, Heriington is a beautiful marina and so far have treated us like royalty. We haven't decided on an area in Florida yet but will keep you posted.
By the way if you were going to change your shower discharge pump is there a certain gph or brand of pump that I should be looking at? The surveyor gave me a list of things to change and this one them as well as the bilge pumps.

Jim,

The best advice I can give you is to pull the old one and replace it with exactly the same thing. You know it will fit and won't need any re-wiring. If it is still running, make sure to clean all of the screens and filters before spending money to replace it.
