There are two parts to posting your photos onto the forum. First you need to upload your photos to a web host on the Internet. Then you need to reference the location address into your message.
Part 1: Uploading Your Photos to the Internet
Your pictures need to reside on the internet in order for the forum program to display them for people to see. What you need to do is find a web host on the internet to store your photos. There are free web hosts that you can use. Most Internet Service Provider's (ISP's) will give space to you as part of your subscription to their service or you can go to places like Shutterfly at http://www.shutterfly.com/index.jsp. Once the photos are selected and uploaded, they are now on the internet and are able to be referenced for inclusion into your messages.
Part 2: Posting Pictures in your Forum Messages
This process is very simple. The forum incorporates tags in your posts - there's one for making fonts bold (B) , underlining text, creating a hyperlink to a website (URL), etc. There's also one for including an image (Img).
To display an image in your message, you need to surround the URL (Internet address) pointing to the image with the image tags.
For example: I've already uploaded an image on the PDQ Yachts website. To include this image in this message all I have to do is surround this address with the Img tags (highlight the address and select the Img button. Here's the result:
Finding the Picture's Address (URL)
In a separate browser window, find the picture you want and place your mouse pointer over the picture, then click the right mouse button to bring up a menu. At the bottom of this menu select "Properties" with the left mouse button. When the properties box comes up, you will see the Address (URL) of the photo, which in the case of the photo above is: http://www.pdqyachts.com/images/Varekai.jpg (Thank you PDQ 32 owners John & ML!!!)
To copy this address, first highlight it by putting your mouse over the address in the properties box, then press the right mouse button, which brings up a menu, and choose "Select All" with the left button. After the address is selected, copy it by again putting your pointer over the highlighted area and click the right mouse button, then choose "Copy" with the left.
Now all you have to do is paste it into the forum message. Click the right mouse button to bring up a menu, then select "Paste" with the left mouse button.
