Sea Brake Test

Post by thinwater »

I decided to conduct some of my own Sea Brake 24 trials, partly to test the math, and partly to get familiar with the deployment drill. I posted the results.

I also posted a bunch of minor PDQ 32 upgrades I have tried during the past year. Perhaps they will give you ideas of your own.

Can you tell there wasn't enough wind for real sailing? True, but it was a nice 55F- 60F day, the heater kept the cabin toasty, and we had the Chesapeake to ourselves. Very peaceful. The kids took off with the dingy and left us alone for hours.
