Most travled 32?

Post by mikeandrebecca »

I know there are a couple of PDQ 32s on the west coast. Did they sail there or were they trucked there? Anyone know of any 32s in the Southern Caribbean that we should keep our eyes open for? BTW, we just made it to Puerto Rico after crossing the Mona Passage the other day.

We bought 'DreamCatcher' in San Digo and sailed it to the Sea of Cortez. The original owner was from Vancouver BC. I don't know if they had it trucked.
We know that 'Third Wish' was trucked from Texas to California.

We own 32046 in Portland, Oregon. The original owner was from Vancouver, BC. He had the boat transported by trailer from the factory to Vancouver. Must have cost a fortune.

There is a '32 moored in the Hawkesbury River, which is a little north of Sydney, Australia. It was sailed there from San Francisco by Stan Levine, who still owns it.

Hi Mike. Yes I do have a contact e-mail for Stan but am a little reluctant to give it out in case he does not want to be bothered. However I will forward your enquiry to him and he can contact you direct.
Neville.

If Stan is the type to write of his adventures I'd be interested in reading about crossing the Pac on a 32. Now that would be a great trip!

I'm now the new owner of the PDQ32 that was in Sydney.
I would like to make contact with Mike the previous owner.
Would anyone here have an idea how I can contact him if he is contactable

Thanks in advance
Bruce (Australia)

PS....its still the only PDQ32 in Australia
