PDQ 32 Classic Altair Catamaran (Hull 32-029) on SF Bay. 1997/2009. Absolutely immaculate. 2011 survey. NEWER sails, batteries, dodger, running rigging, controller. Dual 9.9hp hi-thrust Yamaha OBs(120 hrs). Two 135 watt solar panels on hard bimini. 2000w inverter/charger. Great galley with propane stove, microwave, instant hot water, large frig/freezer. Sails like a dream...fast, fun and flat. The full batten main has single line reefing and lazy-jacks. The jib is self-furling and self-tacking. All lines lead to cockpit to 4 self-tailing winches. Full Raymarine instrumentation with autopilot and chart plotter/radar. Dual station VHF. Sleeps 4-6 people. Dual queen size staterooms and convertible table for 2 if needed. Salon with new leather cushions. Bose sound system with flat TV. Thermostat controlled heat/AC. Water tight bulk heads fore and aft. NEVER chartered. Professionally maintained. Many other extras including almost new spinnaker, davits, twin bow rollers and anchors, etc. Boat can be trucked on highway (16ft beam). Must see to appreciate. Looks like new. Replacement value over 200k. Just bought her 12 months ago, got promoted at work and now don’t have time to use her. Great coastal cruiser/live aboard. Priced for quick sale at 110K firm.
