New owner, working on getting the boat splashed.
How do you raise the motors. I see the line, but where is the release?

Do you have two rope clutch thingies inside your cockpit as shown in the attached picture? Or maybe you have just cleats above the engine wells?

Yes, I have the line to pull them up, but where is the release to get them to unlock?

see attached picture. flip the lever up, i think... it will be hard to reach! you will basically be hugging the engine to reach it. then you may need to pull the engine out of the water MORE before it will go down.
