Water leaks

I'm getting rain water running behind the inner liner and exiting under the cup rack in the galley. Has anyone found it necessary to rebed either a window or deck hardware to stop leaks like this?

I had two leaks on my boat. It was a messy but relatively easy job to remove and rebed, especially since James Parker , PDQ service rep, was in the neighborhood and the boat was still under warranty!
