Galley Sinks

Hey all,

I was curious if any 36' owners have a sink configuration different than ours. We have two small round sinks, maybe 12 inches or so in diameter, 6 inches deep with the faucet mounted between them and pushed back and inboard almost to the cabinetry. Amy has been on me for a couple of years to see if it possible to get a larger, single rectangle shape sink cut in as the two rounds are not the most practical thing when living aboard full time. Has anyone done this or did your boat come with a different configuration?

We are hull #15 and we have the same config as you.

We have a rectangular sink divided 60/40 with the faucet mounted on the inboard cabinet wall just below the cabinet. We've also look at replacing to one large rectangul and possibly getting a different faucet with a better reach. I believe our sink is a Scandvik - http://www.scandvik.com/index.cfm/metho ...
