2002 PDQ 36 Wind Seeker is for sale SOLD

Post by Root »

Wind Seeker has been sold. We sincerely hope the new owners enjoy her as much as Paula, Boo and I have for the past eleven years. Thank you to all the members of this forum who have steered us in the right direction on repairs, upgrades and to rendezvous with other owners.
We will linger on this forum hopefully to aid owners with their projects and questions about renowned PDQ line of boats.
Warm Regards,
Ray and Paula

Wind Seeker a 2002 PDQ Capella is for sail. We know the spelling is wrong but it is true, Wind Seeker is a capable cruiser and equipped for long sailing passages. We cannot say more than PDQ built the best quality world voyaging boat in her size. Wind Seeker is a USA documented vessel currently located at Smith Point, Virginia. She has been a fantastic boat for us over the past eleven years and full of wonderful memories for Paula and me. We skipped the redundant details of the 36 as they are abundantly available on the Internet. We have lots of photos of the handsome and well appointed PDQ 36 interior and you may have them but we choose instead to list it with images of us and our buds ghosting along with the Gennaker, reaching at 7.5 knots under full sail, on moon rise cruises, breakfast on the "veranda" etc. They best represent the joy of ownership. If you look carefully beyond the smiling faces you will see how Wind Seeker is equipped. We took good care of her. Wind Seeker is ready now for Caribbean winters or ocean passages. We will gladly deliver her to any East Coast U.S.A. port within 200 NM of her current berth, and ideally, with the new owner(s) onboard. Wind Seeker is in exquisite condition with much TLC applied routinely and every system functioning perfectly. Maintenance history and records are included with the sale.
