Surveyor

Hi. Can anyone recommend a surveyor in the Fort Lauderdale area that has experience with PDQ's? Thx.
When we purchased in Stuart, Ed Rowe came down from Vero Beach. That is about 110 miles from Ft. Lauderdale. I think he is pretty familiar with PDQs, He won't survey unless the buyer is by his side to see and discuss what he finds.
Make sure you check the condition of the two A/C units. The original units are prone to corrosion. Good luck.
