Finally got a PDQ 34

Post by Gerryquinn »

Well, I’ve been looking for a long time, and I finally found a PDQ that I could afford. I bought MAGIC a 2003 PDQ 34 . Found it posted on the forum here from Jacques and Nelly . I am so happy! Let the adventure begin!

hi gerry,

welcome aboard.

i think magic (formerly beach magic) is really a 2004 model year boat. as i recall it has the newer flybridge and separate hull/shower but still has the u-shaped dinette and small galley.

Looking forward to all the adventures! Yes formally beach magic a late 2003 with all the 2004 upgrades .
She was really looked after and very clean and I am looking forward to spending some time on her. She is up in the Stuart area right now couple hours north of me .

John, I believe Magic is hull 34 and is the last 2003. I happened to be at the marina when the previous owners were looking at it and the broker asked if I would give my thoughts on PDQ's (he listed the one I bought 3 years earlier, #32), so I got to know the boat a little. Later Dick & Carol Tushick told me their first "demo" boat was hull 35, the first 2004.
Are you in the Bahamas now?

Gerry, it's a very nice boat with a unique fridge. Congrats and welcome to the family.

Hi Catdady,
We are now searching for a nice 34 Cat, I recall seeing your boat in Deltaville Va, always kept in good order. If you know of any that are for sale shoot me a message.
