Propeller Shaft Size

One simple question, are the propeller shaft's on our boats 1.25 inches or a metric number?

When we had both shafts pulled and sent out to be straightened a month ago, our invoice from "The Prop Shop" in Seattle says they are 1.25 inch diameter. ("2 EA 1-1/4 X 66-3/8 OAL - 4" BW SPLIT COUPLER")
