helm seat for the 32?

I'm thinking about trying to install a swiveling seat( w/a back) on my 32, for a
little more comfort at the helm. I thought this had been a topic of discussion
before, but couldn't find it. Has anyone done this- if so, recommendations
regarding make of seat, installation tips?

I believe Mike Houghton of Sail Abaco described this type installation in a POA
newsletter. I think he used a Todd seat and spyder. THe seat on the boat is
cored material so bushings or backing plates should be used.
