civility

Hello Everyone
I grew up in a british household were sarcasm and dry wit was the order of the
day. Along with that came a deep understanding of what words can do and the harm
they can cause. I will not participate in this forum anymore as it appears to
create an uncomfortable situation. This certainly was not my intention. I find
it astounding that so much can be decided on so little informal communication,
but so be it

I will, however do my best to answer any questions that owners wish to ask and
will post any commonly pertinent info on this bulletin board
cheers
SWS

As the moderator, I strongly encourage your participation, Simon. I have spoken
to you many times on the phone and a few times in person, and I value your
opinion on things, that is why I have asked for it!

Simon;
Don't be so thin skinned! This is the first time you have responded to any
question posted on this Board since August 18, 1999

It just seemed to me that a manufacturer should give a more scientific method of
tuning the mast than the fly by the seat of your pants method you described

Most manufacturer give out recommended Loos guage readings.

Simon,
Lets not let the opinion of one affect our access to you or vice versa. This is
a great forum and your participation is valued. PDQ builds great boats and they
stand behind them.

Simon, don't be so hasty, a little wit and humor is needed, to deal with the
stress of our modern world. I am not an owner yet but in the process. One of the
reasons I decided on PDQ was i thought that it was nice that the designer would
take time to post questions and answers on an owner message board. You are
practicing what i preach in my business. That there is not enough hands on
attention to customers. IMHO
