75hp yanmars rough in neutral when warm

Anyone with the 75 yanmars had problems when throttling back to neutral after running for several hours with engines becoming very rough with excessive vibration and then smooth out when put back in gear. This is not when they are cold and the vibration is much more excessive. Ideas?
