The second engine; don't leave home without it...

Post by Page 83 »

I'm just miffed because I should be out sailing, but the port engine (on Siesta) didn't start yesterday, and I made a rational, mature, adult decision to not start a trip with one engine. We were supposed to go to a big (180 folks) 33rd Anniversary Party for S.O.S. at Rock Hall, but there has been a lot of Shoaling up there. So I drove. One of the Keelers went aground dodging the F-27 that stopped in the narrow channel. Could have been me.

Poor Page 83, languishing over at Lyin' Tommy Smith's brokerage while her owner gallivants around on his thoroughbred multihull, should of taken her to Rock Hall, I'll bet both her engines would start!

Sigh...

Karma; like Women, you can't live without it. They won't permit that.
