Source for Cockpit Drain Grates

Post by NautiBits »

Howdy folks!

Has anyone found a replacement for these cockpit drain grates? I've seen them on both the 32 and 36.

Good ideas? Better ideas?

Since I laid the teak tiles in the cockpit I really don't need the grates. No, I do not know the source. In a pinch it looks like a plug of Starboard and a drill press could supply unbreakable ones.

Thanks TW,

Your cockpit project popped up when I was searching for the replacement part. Those are two good alternatives that you suggest.

Is it odd that we don't have a master parts list for these boats? I have to guess that they existed when the boats were being built.

Still hopeful,
