Who is going to the Bahamas?

PDQ issues applicable across all PDQ Yachts (or if you can't find a place for something, it probably belongs here for now)

Who is going to the Bahamas?

Post by Kokomo »

Kokomo is headed to the Bahamas for the 2nd time. Just wondering who we might see in their PDQ? We'll be crossing into the Exumas around mid-January. Hope to see many of you there... :)

Cat Tales is headed to the Exumas late November. It will will be part of our honeymoon (Kelly & I are to be married Nov. 26 - Just don't tell her, it's a surprise :) ). I'd love any suggestions and places to visit re: the Exumas (it will be our first time there).

Where do you all depart from? Lake Worth? Ft. Pierce? Ft. Lauderdale? We want to make the trip as well but have no experience crossing the stream. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

We will be heading across the Gulf but sometime in early January. Will probably leave from Miami depending on the weather. Anyone interested is welcome to join us.

Kokomo in the Bahamas

This year, we'll be leaving Key West just after New Years and only going as far East as necessary to catch the Gulf Stream and cross through Cat Cay. From there it's into Andros, Naussau and then Allens Cay. From there, we'll work our way down the Exumas through March.

We are slowly working our way back south and are currently in Wrightsville Beach, NC waiting on weather. We are aiming to cross to the Abacos by November 1. See you down there.
