9.9 Yamaha Outboards

Is anyone out there ready to repower? I am in the market for one or two 9.9
Yamaha outboards 1997 or newer, that are only being replaced due to age and not
mechanical problems

Does anyone know if the fresh water hose fitting for flushing the engine that is
standard on the larger Yamahas is retrofittable to the 9.9.
