Replacement Engines for 32 Altair

I need to replace my old 9.9s on a 32 Altair. Can anyone tell me what new engines will fit in the well without modifications or if someone sells reconditioned 9.9s that fit? What recommendations would you have on where to buy? (I'm located in Michigan)

The 2016 and newer T9.9 XPB (remote, long shaft) fit better than the mid 2000 era engines. They come with the ten pin connector, which was plug-and-play on my 2000 PDQ36.

They do not have manual choke, so you will need a 'push-to-choke' ignition switch. You could probably pull the manual choke rod off your old engine and use it on the new engine.
