Not soon enough! We'll leave early in May for three months. Just getting stuff together now to prep for the trip and help pass the time before departing. Ed

Ed,

Allezcat and Second Wind are leaving this month. We'll probably be coming back at the end of April/early May.

BTW: Explorer charts are also available on Garmin chips and C-Map (I think they also have a version for the computer). Once you use them, you will find that they have the extreme detail you will want in the Bahamas. No one else even comes close.

i'd recommend explorer charts and steve dodge's guide to abacos, assuming that you're going to abacos.

The Bahamas Cruising Guide witht The Turks & Caicos Islands by Mathew Wilson is also an excellent source of info, as a supplement to your Explorer Charts.

The Exuma Guide by Stephen Pavlidis for the Exuma chain.
