In South Florida for a couple of days

Post by Phenix-former-owner »

We came down to Ft. Lauderdale to visit a friend, just wondering if any PDQ owners around here need some crew for a daysail tomorrow or Weds (22nd or 23rd)? I know it is probably a longshot, and I'm not even sure how many PDQs are down in this area. Anyway, drop me a note if any interest.

Kevin,

I was hoping to get play hookie from work sometime mid-week, but I think my employees are on to my scheme and they're trying real hard to keep me as productive as they are. :( Cat Tales is in Deerfield Beach. Send me a PM with your contact info and I'll give you a shout if I can get away tomorrow or Wed.

Had a great sail Chris, Cat Tails is great and that 13 knot beam wind all afternoon certainly helped. Here are some pics we took.

Kevin & Dawn,

We did have a great sail, but my thanks goes to you for being such wonderful & hospitable crew. For the first time I was able to experience our boat from a guest's point of view. :D You are welcome aboard Cat Tales anytime! (Although, next time Kelly & I insist on paying for dinner.)

If you hear of a spot on the FL east coast where I can tie up my PDQ 34 for Nov and Dec, let me know. Heading south after the Annapolis Power show and looking for a safe, reasonably priced place to park her.
