A Guide to Off-the Beaten Track--The Other Chesapeake

While few of you are Chesapeake sailors, much of this is more of a guide to exploring the smaller places and nature via kayak or just by thinking small. This started as a book idea--primarily to make the work feel more worthwhile, I think--but by and by and with changes in policies at Amazon and other on-line sellers, I decided to simply give it away instead.
If you have an interest in going off the beaten path, in fishing, in kayaking, or simply exploring the smallest places, I think you'll find some interesting stuff here, for the new cruiser, for the cruiser with kids, and for those who think they have seen it all. You haven't.

Hopefully I will add some more each year, as I find new places to explore. And if you've got any favorites you would like to share, send me a PM or comment on the blog, and will fill in the gaps.
