I sent Mike Houghton a message about this, and this is his reply. Mike runs Sail
Abaco in Marsh Harbour

-- From Mike: ------------
The only static sailmaker in Abaco is Jay Manni on Man-O-War Cay

He is a thorough professional and I have used his services for years, both
personally and for my charter yachts. He may be reached at 242-365-6171. He
is also typically hard to get a hold of

There are one or two live-aboard ladies around during the season who can
also do very good work. But they move about and
are also difficult to find - but with patience....

Hope that helps

Mike

One more thing, in addition to the info I provided from Mike, you should know
that every day at 8:15am in the Abacos, there is "Cruisers Net" on VHF radio
channel 68. Tune in there and they have an open mike session where you can make
inquiries such as these.
