One-way Car Rental / US to Whitby ???

We're planning our trip to Whitby in mid-May to pick up Hull #80 (s/v Kokomo)

Can anyone recommend a rental company which, from their own experience, has
one-way rentals from the US to Canada and a handy drop off somewhere between
Whitby and Toronto. Any details on the procedure and getting back to PDQ from
the drop off would also be appreciated. Thanks!!!

We used National

Less expensive than others, and with a convenient return dropoff at the central
downtown RR station in Toronto. You can take a commuter train back out to the
station next to PDQ in Whitby

We'll be doing this when we go there

I used National for the trip. Both AVIS and Hertz also have one way rentals

The National office is about a $35.00 (US) cab ride from the return office back
to PDQ.

FYI - We did use National at a cost of about $125.00 US for a 1 day rental for a
Pontiac Bonneville from Baltimore to Toronto's Union Rail Station - which was a
little hard to find. But it went well!
