I don't have to replace the lenses just the gaskets. I have the gaskets so maybe this week, time permitting I'll try one. It seems pretty straight forward. Also I might mention that I saw an add in one of the boating mags (Cruising World?)about a company that does just this service.

Try Alex at Marinetime plastics in Annapolis. I know they redo those hatchs. I never have done any but they do excellent work. I had a plexiglas door built to replace the old wooden one on our PDQ and a shift control box out of starboard. He also made replacement port lights for me and was reasonable too!
