Marc,
I was wondering if you ever found parts for the water heater. We just bought a
used 32 at Chesapeak Catamaran Center and the water heater was not working. They
were unable to find the problem but got us an almost new Precision Temp unit to
replace it. Unfortunately, the Precision Temp unit is HUGE and it's not going to
be easy to fit it in. I plan to try to fix the old water heater if I can find
what's wrong and can find parts.

Precision Temp took over the business and still makes the water heater. I don't
have their number handy, but I'll bet if you try 1-800-555-1212 you can get
them. Also, I believe they still have a website at http://www.precisiontemp.com

I just found 2 phone number in my Rolodex - I won't guarantee them, but here
goes:[/i]

513-641-4446 and 641-0733

Hope this helps.

I spoke with Jerry Wolter last week. He can supply a few parts, but not what I
need. The heater that's made now is completely different from the original.I
think I may be able to repair the part, but would still like to get some spares

The new units are about $1500

Thanks,Marc
