Honda Generataor

I wondered if anyone has used the 35 lbs Honda generator that is rated at 7.5
amps producing 110v with their PDQ. It seems to be able to connect right into
the shorepower outlet.

I use a Honda EU1000i charging through a StatPower 40 amp charger and have
excellent results. I purchased it from Mayberrys, online for $650 plus shipping

e-mail me with any questions

We use the previous model - the Honda EX650 - and it works fine. The generator
connects to an extension cord which connects to a short adapter to the
shorepower inlet. Its very quiet and when the batteries are low (e.g.50%
charged) can put out 20-25 amps @ 13 v. As the level of charge increases the
current accepted drops and its barely worth charging over the 75% level. We use
a Link 200 to follow level of battery charge
