Ice box to Refrigeration Conversion

Post by Oh Sea Dee »

Has anyone converted their ice box to AC/DC refrigeration?
If so, what unit did you install and are you happy with the results?
Thanks

I don't think any PDQ's have ice boxes. Some have chest type refridgerators. There would be no need to convert by any PDQ
owners.

Hi Leadfree: Thanks for your response. I spoke yesterday with an owner of a 32 who stated that his boat did not have refrigeration. His is an ice box and he preferred it that way. We are in the market for a 32, so we are pondering what it would take to add refrigeration to this particular boat. Are you the current owners of Leadfree, Cambridge, MD that is for sale? I'd like to speak with you.
Thanks, Ted 954 680-6380
