I have a collection of NEW spare parts for the 2003 9.9 Yamaha that was assembled based on analysis of the most common repairs needed. I assembled them as back-ups for when I sailed down to Honduras. Listed below are the parts, along with msrp prices. Retail, the whole set would total $938.72. I'll take $450 for the bunch plus throw in some other used, but working parts & pieces (e.g., ignition coil assemblies, start switches, repair manual, etc.).
