Hi, My boat was highly customized by the original owner. Much of the cabinetry in the stbd hull is different than other pdqs'. there are more cabinets, the chart table is very large and slides in when not in use. The electrical system was designed by an outside electrical firm. The battery bank consists of 4-6v Gel-cells with a capacity of 320 AH. There's a full galley with a 6 cu. ft. refr. with 2 year old, water cooled, A-B Super Cold Machine, Force10 2-burner, propane stove w/oven, microwave, and 2 bowl sink. The air cond. is a Cruisair 16000btu. The inverter/charger is a heavy duty Trane. I'm not sure of it's capacity. The head has a Lavac toilet.
Threre are 2 Yamaha 9.9 outboards with remote starters, and together they supply 10-15 amps when motoring. The sails are in good condition. Electronics consist of GPS, Wind indicator, autopilot, radar, and VHF radio, The inflatable dinghy is a 9.5' Apex, that's on davits. The cockpit has a welded aluminum bimini with a hard top, and Strataglas windscreen. The hard top was new in 2014.
Thanks for your inquiry, I hope this helps some. Any questions, please call. $134,500. Gregory Perry - cell: 410.507.5616
The boat is currently located in Edgewater, MD.

Looks great!
I hope ours turns out as nice... we're on the hard since last fall. Hope to get a bunch of maintenance done next summer.

Thanks. The best part of having the hardtop is being able to walk on it. Makes tying up the sail so much easier. We're very happy with it.

After half-heartedly trying to sell myself, I got serious after our Fall cruise, and listed her with a broker in Annapolis. She was under contract in less than 30 days.
It was a wonderful 17 years.
