Dinghy on Davits

Can anyone provide photos of 10ft + Dinghy on the davits of a PDQ 36 ?

...not a 36 but here are photos of a 10 ft + on a 32.

This dink is supposed to be 10'4" but actually measures 10'7" so it extends over the sugar scoops.

So how does that work? Hoist the bow first?

Thanks for the photos - it helps to see it done.
I am not too worried about a little overlap on the scoops.

I lift the stern first, about a foot at a time and "help" the near tube over the sugar scoop with my hands until it is high enough (pull line, then lift tube, repeat). Then I go lift the bow in the same fashion. ...easier to do than describe. I did install lift points very low on the inner transom with a pretty tight wire rope bridle to get a higher vertical lift.

I'm note sure that sounds worth it for an extra foot or so, weight and all, so I think I'll go with a short dinghy again. Yup, it really helps to get them high in bad weather.
