Has anyone tried to replace the refrigerator in a PDQ32 ? Please, explain how it was done without removing the roof ?

It's been almost a year since I've been on this web-site, sorry for the really late reply.
Did you get the frig replaced? We found the same frig to replace ours but it didn't have the 12 volt capability (exact same size though). IT CAN BE DONE, but not easily! You MUST remove the frig door. Cover anything that might get scratched with towels or old rugs. Working the old one out was like running a maze. Try to remember how you had to twist and turn it on the way out 'cause the new one will have to be contorted about the same way to get it in. Any grab handles or posts that can be unscrewed and removed will also help. Good Luck!
