seperate topic from the AC questions
I picked up a new Raymarine system with the 18"Radome, C70 display, DSM30 sounder, and the GPS. For a transducer the sales rep talked me into a P79 shoot through the hull model as the ST60 set already has the speed wheel and a mount throught the hull depth transducer.
The boat is on blocks right now but haul outs aren't cheap so I want to do this right the first time. Prioritys are: no leaks is mandatory, having an average view of the bottom is pretty important and finding fish and dive sites would be nice.
Has anyone tried an in-hull transducer on the 32? What kind of results?
