Hull ID: How do you tell which hull you have

PDQ issues applicable across all PDQ Yachts (or if you can't find a place for something, it probably belongs here for now)

Hull ID: How do you tell which hull you have

Post by maxicrom »

- I was looking at my Hull ID, we have a 1991 PDQ 36 Classic and I'm not sure which part of the ID is the Hull Number.

Thanks,

I don't know if the format was changed at any time, but ours starts off QPQ36081...81 being the hull number.

Ours is on the inside of the Starboard stern, very high, near the rubrail and dinghy davit. It is very hard to see. You can trace over it making a rubbing, using a piece of paper and a pencil.

Thanks for the responses - ours is the same format with "QPQ" so I'll check and we can add our hull No. to the Owner's list.

Thanks,

Ours is QPQ00012B*** So would hull number 12 be correct?
