port side thru hull

All,
I would like to put a thru hull in the port side near the sink for a saltwater wash down. Has anyone else done this? My 36
only has thru hulls on the starboard side and running 18 feet of hose to get it to the other side isn't really working well.
Mostly, I am interested in where you located the thru hull. There isn't a lot of space down there with the cabinets and all.
Thanks,
Tom

We had the factory install the salt water foot pump at the galley sink. That thru-hull is located in the same spot in the
port hull as the speed and a/c thru-hull in the starboard. We also have a factory installed deck wash that uses the same
thru-hull as the a/c in the starboard hull. There is no reason you can't tee off another line.

Come on over to the cheap rent side and look at mine. Hurry, I'm ready to go back in the water!
